We offer free consultation and accessment of your home. Simply contact us at 6552 1732 to make an appointment.

Not to worry, we will dismantle your existing system with no additional charge regardless of the system you purchase from us. We will also patch up any holes in the process of installation as a gesture of good will. However, do note that there will not be any painting service.

Installment plans are currently unavailable online (rest assured we are working on it!). However, you can enjoy a 6 months interest free installment plan when you purchase using Diners card at our showroom.

These models work well on rainy days especially for delicate items that risk damage tumbling in a dryer machine. It allows your laundry to dry in close to natural state with an auto-timer fuction that better monitors the electrical consuption compared to a dryer machine running for hours.

Our products are robust and maintenance-free. They are made of quality materials that can last you for at least a decade with no rust or fuss. To clean your system, just a simple wipe with a cloth will be sufficient.

We will ensure that your product is in working order at delivery and installation. Any faulty or damaged products still under 2 year warranty can be repaired or replaced subject to our accessment. Thereafter, replacement parts - ie. ropes, hooks, etc may be purchased but subjected to availablity. Kindly report your product issues to 6552 1732 or via email at admin@tame.com.sg. We are more than happy to come down and access your product. Any damage due to misuse of product will not be entertained.

A bracket is a structural steel element that we will customize for your house in order to install the system when required. Kindly check the installation requirements that we have provided under each product page before your purchase. If you are still unsure about the installation, do not hesitate to contact us. All our products include free local delivery and installation.

No. Unfortunately, we only operate locally at this moment.

Our delivery and installation services are available from Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Installation and delivery will be between 3 - 5 working days from purchase. We will contact you within 2 working days to make the arrangement. In the case where your system cannot be installed due to technicalities of your house, we will issue a full refund. However, in the case where a bracket is required for installation, measurements will be taken at site and another day will be arranged for installationl. Do note that brackets come with additional charges. You may avoid this by reading the system installlation requirements provided under each product page.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled unless the product cannot be installed. To reschedule your installation date or if you wish to change your model choice, please contact us at 6552 1732.

You may make a purchase with an open installation date. Simply contact us whenever you are ready and we will arrange for installation/ delivery in 3 - 5 working days.

All our products come with complimentary 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated*. This warranty includes replacement of faulty parts and repair. What is not covered are:

- Misuse or abuse of product, including failure of proper maintainance

- Normal wear and tear

- Electrical damage due to incorrect power supply

- Malfunction due to mishandling by 3rd party (not engaged by TAME)

- Accidental damage due to own's negligence

- Batteries of remote controlls for models MAX-I and MAX-II

*For MAX-I and MAX-II, warranty is covered for 2 years for all parts and 5 years for the motor.

No. Unfortunately we do not offer extension of warranties. However, we do provide life-time support for all our products. Contact us at 6552 1732 if you face any issues at any time.

Kindly report your issues to 6552 1732 or email us at admin@tame.com.sg. We will arrange for a physical inspection before the repair or replacement can be made.

Currently, we only accept Paynow payments online.

There are no refunds except for the following conditions:

- Product cannot be installed on site upon delivery

- Duplicate orders made online

- A partial refund due to change of product purchased to a lower value product*

 

Refund reimbursment will be completed within 7-10 working days from date of notice through the same mode as original purchase. This does not include your bank processing time for cheque and credit card payments. Kindly contact us at 6552 1732 to initiate the refund. For defective products upon delivery, a 1-to-1 replacement will be arranged.
