Their 1st visit to my house was professionally done. They checked the material of the ceiling and was able to advise which kind of mounting to do and how far out the laundry system should be because I have a very narrow laundry area. The installation was then arranged for another day. It was done fuss free and the installer helped to clean up the dust as well. Am happy
