Have been using this for almost 2 years with no regrets. Energy efficient and user friendly. Comes in handy during raining season as clothes will be dried indoors without going to laundrette. Saves time. Support from company is efficient, responsive and friendly.

Their 1st visit to my house was professionally done. They checked the material of the ceiling and was able to advise which kind of mounting to do and how far out the laundry system should be because I have a very narrow laundry area. The installation was then arranged for another day. It was done fuss free and the installer helped to clean up the dust as well. Am happy
